Knittin' Honey
After buying 2 pairs of size 6 aluminum needles, 3 skeins of acrylic/wool blend yarn in varying hues, 2 more skeins of acrylic practice yarn, 'Stich'n Bitch', 'How to Knit' CD ROM, and a few other odds and ends, all at a total of $43.27, the knitting has begun. All I can say is thank God for both the book AND the CD-ROM or we never would have figured out the simple but intricate flow of loops and knots...and ibuprofen as I now have repetitive stress injury in my left rotator-cup from the high-strung, anxiety-produced "clutch of death" I had on my needles. All that led to continually knitting small, tight loops which in an ass is a good thing but in knitting was enough to cause me to knit and then unravel 38 out of the 41 times I set out to make a 5-inch swatch. I'm assured via written and oral communications that relaxation is a welcomed by-product of knitting but I can tell you from an entire night of knitting in my dreams that just isn't something that's landed on our doorstep yet.

So when will you be taking orders? I would like a knitted table cloth for my dining room table. 92 inches please.
At the rate I'm going now, I could have that for you by about 2034.
ok, forger the tablecloth!
IT GETS COLD IN THE COUNTRY......
how about KNITTING matching "Penis-Warmers" for Stepehen and myself? Make sure to use tight loops that "give"!
DA! i can't spell
Yeah..I'll need some measurements for that kind of a project. ;)
Hmm...I'll also take a penis warmer, then. 92 inches, please. ;-)
get the yardstick ready, we'll stop by for a personal "fitting" ... will there be sheep involved????
for SHEARING!
get your mind out of the gutter!
Ok, so penis warmers wouldn't do ME any good, but I'd like something in the way of a "lap warmer"...k? Blueish, if you please ;-)
